Shipping and Returns
We aim to keep these charges as low as possible but many of our items are heavy and/or fragile and require special packing and larger box sizes to allow for suitable padding and protection, so these requirements are reflected in the shipping charges. The charges will be added when your order has been totaled.
Shipping to Spain peninsula:
- For orders up to 80 euros - 5 euros
- Orders greater than 80 euros - FREE
Shipping to continental Europe : automatically calculated upon checkout
Small & Light Item Rate for U.S. Customers: Due to the large volume of customers ordering from the U.S., we have set up a special delivery rate of 16 euros that applies to small and light items (jewelry, clothing, etc.) Items that are eligible for this shipping rate can be checked out automatically from your cart.
Other items such as heavier or bulkier items require a custom shipping rate. Contact us by email at tracy@anzi.es or through the whatsapp chat on our site and we will quote the best available rate from our array of shippers.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: please contact us through the whatsapp chat (bottom right corner of site) or by email to request a custom shipping offer. We prefer to find the best rate for you as the cost can vary dramatically depending on weight, size and destination.
If you are purchasing from outside the EU, your shipping charges will not cover any taxes and duties you may incur when your order arrives in your country. We recommend that you research any possible fees before placing your order to avoid unhappy surprises. In some cases we can arrange prepayment of those fees so that your order arrives directly to you with duties prepaid. Contact us at info@anzi.es for details.
DAMAGED ITEMS
As many of the items we sell are fragile, we take great care to package them for shipping so that they will arrive to you in perfect condition. In the unfortunate case that an item does arrive damaged, please send photographs of the item in the state it arrived, including the packaging to: info@anzi.es so that we can send you a replacement.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love our products but we understand you may need to return them, for whatever reason. You are welcome to return items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange (store credit) or refund.
Returns can be made in two ways:

Please contact us at tracy@anzi.es for details on how to arrange return, providing us with your details and order number. You can exchange for another item (with store credit) or request a refund (by your method of payment). Any shipping charges are at your expense.
